Anne-Marie Eccles

I was born in Bolton , Lancashire and have lived in a variety of  locations around the country over the years. After raising a family and retiring to Beverley I was able to focus more on creating art. I enjoy being part of an art club and have learnt so much from the other members.

I became involved in events and exhibititions which have helped to develop my interest in art in general and in how others view the work of creatives.

I like to work in a variety of mediums and more recently have fallen in love with oil pastels . I enjoy working from old photographs and portraying vintage items . Although I often portray family in my work I also gravitate towards my roots, especially the industrial landscape which I am very fond of .
