We have moved in ! A big thank you to those who helped us with the cleaning and the installation of our Exhibition Space !
Oldroyd’s Corner has a community of volunteers including Beverley in Bloom and The Men in Sheds who have all made us welcome . The Art Room now has an extra window and a glazed door which makes it a bright airy space to work in.
We have already hung our first exhibition pieces and are planning our first Event.
The sun has been shining and a few of us managed some sketching around the gardens.
We have also received the news that we have been accepted in the Open Studios in October this year.
Linda will be co-ordinating this event and interested members will need to get back to her as soon as possible.
We still have places on Wednesday afternoon and some on Friday morning. Now that we are in the Art Room we are better placed to welcome potential new members who can visit us and see what we are about.
We are back from the Easter Break on Wednesday 23rd April.
