Hello Everyone,
As ‘they’ keep telling us, it’s only seven days until Christmas so we’d better believe it.
I imagine you’ve all put up your trees and decorated them with shiny baubles.
My baubles aren’t very shiny this year ( we’re having a quiet time )but a bit of good old tinsel is working well along with one of the ‘family Angels’ constructed by the kids years ago.
Have you ordered the Turkey?
I’ve ordered Pork this year for a change. One with lots of crackling on it that I can secretly eat in the kitchen before presenting to the hungry throng.
It was lovely to see everyone at the Christmas Dinner on Wednesday and we all had a lovely time didn’t we.
Adrian has sorted out the new Website allowing us to send him communications and pictures for the gallery. So, a big thank you Adrian for putting in the time, it means we will all be able to contribute.
In the New Year we will be looking for ideas on visiting Artists and events or visits to put before everyone so let us know if you think of something.
Thank you all for making Beverley & District Art Club such a warm friendly place to be and showcasing your many varied artistic talents.
May you all have a peaceful Christmas and hope 2020 brings us all good health and happiness.
