- Members have all been busy painting mini canvases for our entry in the Minster Christmas Tree event, which will be open to visitors from the 2nd to the 14th December. Working in miniature has been quite a challenge but the results are stunning! The paintings have been handed in over the last few weeks and now that they are prepped and ready to hang you can appreciate the impact that they will make on the tree we are sponsoring . Everything on the tree is art related from the canvases, hand painted bunting, decorated dough paint tubes to the patterned boxes that will be placed underneath it. There is also an ‘art fairy’ to adorn the top of the tree.
